About Me

I currently reside in Los Angeles California with my amazing wife and my 14 year old pup Linguine.  I grew up in the Northern California beach town of Santa Cruz where I spent my childhood on the beach, in the redwoods, and being part of a pretty tight knit community of surf/skate culture. This culture was deeply "California" and there was good and bad that came with it. I struggled with addiction as did many of my closest cohort and thankfully I was able to seek help when I became powerless. After I started my sober journey I moved to San Francisco to get my Bachelors degree in Fine Art from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. After Art School I moved to Los Angeles and worked as a graphic designer and photographer and though that work was fulfilling my creative passions, I had deeper need to help others in the ways that I needed help. I wanted to be the person to others that I felt I always needed.

Through searching for resources, programs, schools etc. I found an amazing program on Trauma and got certified as a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach and I learned an immense amount of information on how much past traumas affect almost every aspect of our waking lives and through different ways of addressing them we are able to cope with life and we are able to heal ourselves.

If you're struggling at all in your daily life, I'd love the chance to hear your story and maybe offer some ways to help.
